Was great price and simple. Directly recognizes the licence Plate going in and opened when wanting to Go Out direct without need of showing the paper or calling for Help. Would do again

Ein- und Ausfahrt durch Kennzeichenerkennung hat wunderbar geklappt. Sehr gute Lage des Parkhauses direkt an der Metro, 3 Stationen in die Innenstadt. Von Süden kommend sehr gut erreichbar.

When leaving the carpark i got a payment request
Contacted suport via info button as explained in the mail
No extra payment needed they opend the gate for me

parking was easy to find, there were many different entraces to the different spaces, because some were full.
after entering the red/green arrows helped a lot to find a free space
i got a bit confused by the pedestrian exit arrows, but that was just me i think?
5 stars, would definitely park again :-)

I reserved a parking spot at the RAI during “horecava” just to be sure I didn’t have to walk too far..
Especially this one because it says P1, P2 & P4.
When I arrived at RAI the people who direct the traffic told me RAI was full. And if I reserved I could go to Arena. And take the shuttle.
That’s not what I reserved for.

I’m not happy about this service, and won’t book again.
If you. Reserve something and pay money for it, it can’t be something completely else.

Als altijd prettig in de RAI te parkeren al hoop ik zeer dat de technische contacten met MobyPark en Rai beter kunnen functioneren: elke keer als ik de rai wilde uitrijden, moest ik bellen om te zeggen dat we een lange lopende reservering hadden. En hopelijk ook geen bugs meer, zodat ik altijd kan reserveren bij de RAI. Voorspoedig 2024

Parkeren met Moby probleemloos verlopen. Wel tip: RAI parkeren 01, 02 zijn erg smalle parkeerplaatsen, 04 is uitstekend.

Ridiculous increase of daily price to 25€, when last year was 15€. Many parking spots are very narrow with almost no space to get in/out of your car

I would advice against parking in that location. Despite there being nothing of value inside the car, it was still broken into during our stay, indicating that the area is not secure. This apppears to be a recurring issue, as called out by other reviews. On a more positive note, a security guard assisted us in temporarily securing the window.
