Needed to wait for 20 minutes to get out of the parking as the door was not opening and guard was not responsive at first. Otherwise, lots of nice parking. Shame about the exit.

Facilities are okay, but highly inefficient parking in terms of accessing (no walking amenities at the parking entrance, but need to pass through the hotel past the reception and an elevator) and in exiting the parking as the ticket was never working (needed to ring the alarm every time). Bought a month’s parking, but when I complained to MobyPark about the service after day 2, they could not cancel my remaining days. Not happy with the service.

Günstig über Mobypark zu buchen . Hat alles gut funktioniert. Ein Kritikpunkt. Für jeden Tag an welchem ich aus der Tiefgarage rausfahren wollte, musste ich zur Rezeption. Es wäre einfacher, wenn die Ausfahrt für den gebuchten Zeitraum einmalig freigeschaltet wird.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Gut gefunden, schnell einen Platz bekommen. Beim auschecken durchs Hotel, ausgecheckt, rausgefahren und fertig. Sehr zufrieden!

Parkeren en telefonisch contact goed verlopen. Dank, alleen zoek ik graag met jullie naar een oplossing dat mijn franse Credit kaart of bank kaart bij jullie geaccepteerd wordt. Nu moet steeds mijn vriendin haar kaart gebruiken en dat is nogal omslachtig.

We made use of the parking for two weeks and could not have had a better experience, perfect safe spot, clean and convenient to use, clear instructions and very fair price for Amsterdam. We would use it again in the future if needed.

Hele slechte service, vooraf gereserveerd en betaald en bij uitrijden nogmaals moeten betalen om de parkeergarage uit te komen. Geen mogelijkheid om het kaartje te scannen en het belletje voor service deed het niet. Niet reserveren van te voren, stelletje oplichters!!
