Wir waren spät dran und haben es nicht mehr geschafft den passenden Schlüssel abzuholen, da der dazugehörige Laden bereits geschlossen hatte.
Daraufhin wurde uns schnell ein alternativer Parkplatz zugesendet, bei dem die Abholung eines Schlüssels nicht erforderlich war.

It had anything you could need - no problem getting the key, central position in the city and easy to find. Short-term booking was no problem.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Sehr gutes Parkhaus. Hell, übersichtliche und breite Parkplätze. Schlüssel bzw. Fernbedienung einfach zu holen und abzugeben im Fahrradverleih nebenan. Super!

This does what it says on the tin. Pick up the keys and remote control at Bikerent - easy. Open garage doors with remote control - easy. Find the numbered parking space - easy. Drop off keys at Bikerent at the end of the stay - easy. What's not to like? This was just around the corner from the houseboat we rented, so very convenient. The garage was clean and felt very safe. The only thing I did not expect was that the car parking spaces are doubled up - some cars are parked in a metal "cage" and are then raised higher for other cars to park underneath. This was not the case with out parking space, but I was rather concerned that upon my return I would find my car hoisted up high! It would be good if information about this were provided in advance, as well as an explanation for the purpose of the key that came with the remote control. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this as an alternative, cheaper and safe way of leaving your car in Amsterdam for a few days.

Maarten responded promptly to our booking and the place was easy to find. The pick up was easy to find also and the garage space very secure and safe.
I would recommend leaving your car here and using bikes when visiting Amsterdam.

Na de sleutel te krijgen van een stugge vrouw bij de bike shop was ik aangenaam verrast door de prachtige en ruime parkeergarage. De auto met werkspullen stond daar veilig. Heel fijn. Aanrader.
