Mu.ZEE or "(kunst-)museum aan Zee" is a museum of modern and contemporary visual art located in Ostend. The museum was founded in 2008 by merging two art museums that were already in existence in the city, the Museum for Fine Arts (MFA) and the Provincial Museum for Modern Art PMMK of West Flanders.

Mu.ZEE has extensive art history knowledge of James Ensor, his contemporaries and the Ensor House.

Mu.ZEE will reopen on 1 June 2021 with a new vision that highlights the essence of the building. The museum's collection of 8,000 works of art, which spans Belgian history from the 19th to the 21st century, is drawn from. Two permanent museum wings, dedicated to Ensor, Spilliaert and Raoul Servais in collaboration with Raoul Servais Fund, were open before the renovation of 2021. The museum will display its collection chronologically, in anticipation of major renovations planned for 2024.
