How can I cancel my parking reservation?
You can cancel your parking reservation up to 24 hours prior to the indicated arrival time. Once it is less than 24 hours until the arrival time, your booking cannot be cancelled or changed anymore.
In case you cannot cancel the booking anymore, please contact us as soon as possible during the booking or before the booking ends.
When a booking is cancelled, you receive a refund of the amount paid, excluding the service fee. This amount will be refunded immediately and can be expected within 2-5 working days.
To cancel a booking, simply follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Mobypark.
2. Go to 'Dashboard' > 'Bookings'.
3. Click the three dots next to the booking you want to cancel.
4. Select 'Cancel booking'.
