What do I do if I get a “booking overstay” notification email?
In order to exit some of our parking locations, you need to press the digital “open gate” button (through the link in your booking confirmation email). However, some of our parking lots have license plate recognition or other systems that identify your car and automatically open the exit gate, allowing you to get out without pressing the button.
When you receive an overstay notification email, there are two possible scenarios:
- You parked longer than your initial booking time. In this case, you'll need to pay for the overstayed time through the “finish the overstay payment” link (that you can find on the “booking overstay” notification email), in order to stop the overstay counter and open the gate. Once you pay for the overstayed time, a new “open gate” button will appear and you'll have 15 minutes to exit the parking.
- You left the parking space in time. In this case, please disregard any overstay notification emails. If you have left in time (max 15 minutes after booking end time), you won't be charged any additional fees.
