What if the person renting my parking space does not leave it?

If you're an individual offering your parking space for rent, here's what you need to know if the renter doesn't vacate the spot on time:
In case of a short delay, we ask the driver to contact you, the parking owner. Both parties can agree on extending the rental period, and the driver should take care of extending their stay independently. However, if the driver overstays without your approval, you have the right to charge them for any damages or additional costs incurred.
If disputes arise, penalties, and extra costs are determined by Mobypark, and all parties are expected to comply with Mobypark's decisions. If you encounter any issues, please notify us via email at contact@mobypark.com.
Mobypark aims to make parking rental a smooth and seamless experience for everyone, but we understand that inconvenient situations can arise and so we have a clear procedure to manage any issues arising from drivers overstaying their bookings.
In the interest of transparency, you have the option to leave a review for the driver. This helps other parking owners make informed decisions when choosing drivers for their parking spaces. Similarly, drivers can leave reviews about their experience with your parking and service.
Do you represent a company, hotel, public garage, real estate (management) company, owners association, or a (semi-) public organisation?
For company parking spaces, a 30-minute delay is tolerated.
If a driver exceeds this grace period, they are obligated to pay accordingly with the extra hours by making an extra booking on the platform or by paying the overstay payment email request.
Our goal at Mobypark is to ensure a hassle-free parking rental experience for all parties involved. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen situations may arise.
