When can I ask for a refund?
At Mobypark, we aim to make parking simple and reliable. While we aim to be flexible, there are some situations where refunds aren’t possible:
1. Booking Has Ended for Over 48 Hours: Refunds cannot be requested if your booking ended more than 48 hours ago or was concluded in the previous month.
2. Timing of Changes or Cancellations: Refunds cannot be given if you request changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. You can find more details about How can I cancel my parking reservation?
3. Booking Details Provided: If Mobypark has provided all the necessary information to access your parking space, as address and access information, but you still couldn't make it, the booking is not eligible for a refund and is considered a completed booking.
4. No Technical Issues on Our Side: Refunds are not available if there are no technical issues from Mobypark's side affecting your booking process.
