Alexis's parking

I am renting out my currently unoccupied parking space in the 2nd basement of my residence, located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, near the metro stations 9 (Maraîchers) and 2 (Alexandre Dumas). There are 2 bus lines within 1 minute (26 and 64):Rue des Pyrénées, and also tram 3B nearby. The space measures 4.60 meters in length and 2.15 meters in width. The residence has a caretaker and is well-guarded. The door is opened and closed by a key fob. I require a deposit of 80 euros for the key fob, preferably in the form of a check. The deposit will be refunded to you upon returning the key fob.
