really bad experience, the key she left in carrefour didn't open the garage and I was stuck for a long time without answer from Elisa.
In the end a car went out and I managed to get in with my car.
When we finally talked she promised she will come open the garage for me, but she never answered again and I was left with no access to my car and in order to get my car out I lost almost an hour waiting outside until a car came... very bad experience that completely destroyed my stay in Paris.

If you have a SUV or longer car look for something else, could barerly open the doors, but the owner was nice, even though we had problems communicating english.
