Worst parking experience ever. Unfriendly staff, Charged extra Money in Cash without receipt and threatening not to drive us to the airport and upon arrival did not answer the Phone. Rip off. Stay Away!

Achtung nicht zu empfehlen!!!
1. Der Autoschlüssel soll abgegeben werden und nicht wie in der Beschreibung.
2. Das Auto war nicht in eine bedeckte Park wie im Photo. (Auto war schmutzig)
3. Nach ankunft in der Park, wurde meine Schlüssel nicht gefunden und ich muss noch 35 min warten. Eine andere Mitarbeiter hat es in der Tasche vergessen.

You get what you pay. The client service is really bad. They only speak French and become upset if you cant understand them. They rush you to park your car and take the bus. I parked my car there 5 days and I got it back in good condition, just a bad customer service.

After a bad experience using Mobypark near Schiphol Airport recently (which was resolved well in the end), I thought I would give it another shot near Brussels Airport, and my three children were almost left without a dad! The instructions in the email said to call 15 minutes before arriving to book the shuttlebus. I did this, and spoke in English to request the bus. The man who answered seemed extremely angry that I spoke English, and shouted "I no speak English. You speak françaises or Nederlands!" then hung up the phone. I called back, and he shouted at me because I was not already there. I tried to explain that the instructions said to call 15 minutes in advance, but he just shouted angrily on the phone.
When I arrived, he behaved very angrily and aggressive, even trying to manhandle me to move me to where he wanted me to stand. I of course resisted as I don't like to be touched or manhandled, and this made him more angry. His colleague then calmed him down, and would much better to speak to. He also drove me to the airport which was a relief given the first man's behaviour.
On my return, I again called as per the email instructions, and the angry man answered the phone again. He again sounded very angry immediately upon answering the phone as soon as I told him in English that I had arrived at the airport. He asked me angrily if I'd picked up my baggage. I said, yes. He asked me if I'd passed passport control. I said, I'm queuing. He then said he's coming. A few minutes later, he called me, and shouted angrily asking where I was. I told him I'm delayed in the passport control queue. He kept shouting, and threatened to leave if I did not arrive in 2 minutes. Worried about having to pay for a taxi, I called him every 2 minutes, and told him that I'm on my way and looking for the bus station even though I was still queuing at passport control, much to my embarrassment to those near me in the queue.
When I finally arrived at the bus, he shouted angrily at me again saying he'd been waiting 30 minutes (which was an exaggeration). I did not respond as I was afraid of his behaviour, so I remained silent, and went to switch on the recorder on my phone. He then reached behind and grabbed my wrist which I pulled away from. At this point, I just wanted to get to the parking so I could get my car and leave. So, I remained silent the entire way.
On arrival at the parking, I exited the bus, and the man started shouting at me again to close the door even though it was already closing itself due to the slider mechanism. When he noticed this, he went sheepish because he realised he shouted at me for no reason (not that there was any good reason the other times). He then started pointing at my car in an angry way, but I could not understand what he was trying to say. He then walked into the office, so I followed him so I could get my car key.
At this point, the unthinkable happened. He picked up a kitchen knife from behind the counter and came at me with it. I backed off, and went to the exit of the carpark. He then walked to my car, and picked up the car key from the windscreen which I hadn't noticed previously. I then tried to come towards me again with the key in one hand and the knife in the other. I demanded he put the key on the floor and walk away.
I then picked up the key and left in my car. I immediately called the police to tell them I'd be threatened with a knife by the staff at Express Parking. The police attended (three cars). They confiscated the knife, and checked the CCTV footage which confirmed the incident. I then had to go to the police station to make a victim declaration. The man has also been asked to attend the station to make a suspect declaration after which a judge will determine if he should be prosecuted.
When the police attended, one of the officers informed me to avoid this parking in future because there is always a lot of trouble there. Please consider this if you are reading this review and are looking to park there!

Superfijne parkeerplek om je auto te parkeren. Medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk. Bij aankomst konden we direct naar de luchthaven met de shuttlebus. Bij terugkomst op de luchthaven weer gebeld om opgehaald te worden, ook dit ging heel snel. We waren nog een tas vergeten, en we werden direct gebeld om ons erop te attenderen. Zeer tevreden!

Het was een chaos. Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig, de parkeerplaats was overvol. Er was geen officieel document, we konden onze gegevens opschrijven op een leeg A4-tje. De shuttle bus was kapot, dus werden we weggebracht met een andere auto.
Bij terugkomst konden we een nummer bellen, zodat we binnen 15 minuten opgehaald zouden worden. Na 20 minuten opnieuw gebeld, dit heeft een uur geduurd, er werd gezegd er komt iemand. Na een uur besloten de taxi te nemen naar de parkeerplaats. Bij de parkeerplaats was een grote chaos, er stonden meerdere mensen te wachten en we kregen te horen dat er auto's en sleutels kwijt waren. Ook onze auto stond niet in de garage en de sleutel was er niet. Het bureau was een chaos aan sleutels en papieren. De werknemers spraken geen Engels of Nederlands om ons verder te helpen of uitleg te geven, ze vroegen om het kentekennummer, schreven dat op een memo en gingen op zoek naar de auto. Na een uur was de auto gevonden, op een veldje ergens verderop. De auto heeft dus niet overdekt gestaan. Het heeft ons 3 uur gekost om vanuit het vliegtuig in onze auto te kunnen stappen. Absoluut niet aan te raden!

From booking (on mobypark), to communication with the Express Parking Zaventem team, to transport to/from the airport, and the sense of safe-keeping of our car, we were more than happy with this experience! This location seems to be the only one with indoor parking, which was a definite plus during rainy weather.
