Unfortunately, the code to enter the parking space was not sent by e-mail so it was a struggle to get in. I also provided this feedback directly to customer service.

The access code didn't work, and the security didn't help cause they are not responsible for Mobypark clients. So I tried to ring Moby Park for assistance; terrible experience cause they don't answer the phone after going through all the steps of pressing numbers for further help; by the end of the tape it says that they're only open between 9 and 5 and I should try again when they are open. I was calling for help at 3:45 pm, so I don't know how that would work. In the end I didn't park there; I will claim my money back.

Ik kwam 10 voor mijn gereserveerde tijdvak aan, maar kon al naar binnen. Er was voldoende plek en op loopafstand van mijn eindbestemming tegen gereduceerd tarief. Het scheelde ook onzekerheid of ik wel ergens een parkeerplek zou kunnen vinden in de buurt. Ook het vertrek ging zonder problemen. Al met al top.
