During exiting the parking lot there is a very steep descent to the street level and our car hit the ground although a regular sized car. Horrible..! Be careful!!!

Had to wait outside for some time before the door was opened, staff was helpful but the ticket did not work initially. The support of the parking garage itself was not particularly friendly but after we proved that we paid we could finally leave

In de mail die ik had ontvangen stond dat ik met mijn parkeerkaart naar de receptie van het Meininger hotel moest gaan om het te verifiëren met mijn bevestiging e-mail. Echter wist het hotel nergens van af.

Not good. I’ve used this parking maybe 10 times and it’s always been fantastic- good location and secure. But the last 2 times have not been good. The ticket validation doesn’t work so the gate won’t open when you try to leave the car park. The staff can’t help so you have to press the help button on the barrier and wait for someone to answer… it usually take 5-10 minutes waiting at the barrier before you’re allowed to go! Not ideal.

Good parking, good location, fair price. The only issue is the ticket system does not seem to work and a hotel employee needs to come to open the gate when leaving

Very good parking location near Brussels Midi, easy to access, short walking distance and much much cheaper than the other underground parking.
Took one star off as there were issues when leaving, they were easily resolved with the hotel staff but leaving was not as smooth as getting in.

I park here around once a month and normally it’s super easy and flawless but this time there was a problem and I had to wait about 5 minutes for the owners to open the gate. I’m not sure what the issue was but it wasn’t as smooth as usual.

Zeer mooie parking, vlag bij Zuidstation. We hadden klein probleem met buitenrijden, gezien slagboom niet open ging, doch de hotelmanager was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
