Initially my navigation brought me to the garage from a very narrow alley and my car couldn’t fit, it was very close to getting scratched up. Was told multiple spots to park in the garage but all were occupied, after finally getting into a spot my car was labeled with a sticker to not park there. Overall my car survived Paris without getting stolen so it was worth the price.

The host gave me parking slot number 9 in the garage that was already occupied. I told him that and he gave me another slots, 4 or 2. I parked on 2 and the next day I found a "no parking" label on my car (have a photo evidence). I felt very unsafe to leave my car in the garage and the host caused me stress and discomfort giving me wrong instructions and he did not address the problem of the label attached to my car. I moved out the car on Sunday 17th 2024 and parked in a different garage. I want full refund please and I want this host to be informed that he can not treat customers like this.

Excellent parking experience and Tony gave concise explanations after payment and was very service oriented.Instructions given ( thru Whatsapp) were easy to follow and to apply once on site and parking space was big to accommodate my Big SUV.This was absolutely a great experience and I will use Tony’s parking spots for all my future visits to Paris. Massive thanks for everything Tony and hope to use your services again very soon again! Take care also!!

Great location, secure parking and easy access…Tony provided all the info needed prior to our arrival (codes, video and photos of the location)…super easy. Also, much less expensive than the public lots…and definitely much more secure. Would use again when back in Paris!

Een betaalbare parkeerplek op een toplocatie. De informatie vooraf was erg handig en duidelijk. De parkeerplaats is groot genoeg, Tesla model s kan er prima staan. Wel handig om de auto iets hoger te zetten, wanneer je in de parkeergarage naar beneden rijdt. Tony is erg vriendelijk en klantgericht. Reageert direct en is behulpzaam. Wij zijn erg tevreden.

Le propriétaire est plutôt sympathique au téléphone,, mais le problème c'est que l'on nous a plié notre essuie-glace dans ce parking, comme si nous étions garés sur le place de quelqu'un d'autre ! Le propriétaire envoie une vidéo explicative pour l'entrée dans le parking mais au téléphone, il ne connait pas la description de la porte du garage que nous avons en face de nous !
