De instructies over het ophalen van de sleutels waren perfect.
Alleen jammer dat er al een andere auto op de aangewezen plek stond. Het telefoonnummer van de verhuurder was niet in gebruik. Op mijn e-mail werd ook niet gereageerd.
Uiteindelijk geparkeerd bij een indigo parkeergarage bij het Louvre. Kostte me 37,50 ipv 27,-. Voor 10,- zou ik het gedoe met een privé parkeerplaats niet aan de hand halen.

Goede beschrijving en fijne parkeergarage.
Let wel op dat je bij 47 naar binnen loopt 45 ziet er net zo uit als op de foto's en daar heb je meerdere keyboxen maar werken uiteraard niet :)

Great location, great parking (although with a bigger car it is a bit tight), great price. Pascal is a nice host. Easy smart access and swift reply with any questions. I can recommend this parking

Uitstekende parkeerplaats met heldere instructies voor de toegang die je tijdig worden toegezonden (ruim voorafgaand aan de dag of dagen die je hebt gereserveerd).

We boekten bij Pascal een parkeerruimte omwille van de inrijhoogte (2m05). Na de bevestiging, werd de nodige informatie ons per email bezorgd. Heel praktisch en goed gedocumenteerd. De garage is makkelijk in en uit te rijden. Heel proper en veilig ! De parkeervakken zijn niet te ruim, maar het lukte perfect. Top !

After making my reservation, communication was quik and clear. The instructions on how to retrieve the access key to the parking spot where adaquate. However when i arived at the key pickup location i found the keylocker to be empty. I sent an email to Pascal to ask for clearification, however i did not get a reply within reasonable time. (did get a unclear reply 13 hours later) So i had to find a last minute parking spot at a commercial provider. I did manage to find one but it did cost me significantly more money + time.
It is still not clear to me exactly what went wrong. I dont believe pascal was acting in bad faith but this was a disapointing experiance.

Friendly and clear communication about how to use the facility. The parking spot ia a bit dark and smal, but clean, safe and fortunately located at the corner (in my case). Reasonable price compare to commercial company . Wil definetly come again.

Having read some of the reviews of public car parks in Paris we were quite concerned about leaving our car but the Moby park reviews were good so we decided to take the chance. We were not disappointed- everything worked like clockwork. Instructions to collect keys and access the car park were spot on and it was all very easy. Car park was very clean and felt very secure. Would definitely use this car park and Moby Park in the future

Prima parkeergarage, goed bereikbaar en veel ruimte.
We hadden zelf wat moeite om bij de garage te komen in verband met wegwerkzaamheden en drukte in de stad. Eenmaal aangekomen was het wennen aan dit systeem (verkrijgen van de sleutel etcetera), maar is voor herhaling vatbaar
