How do I give access information about my parking space?
Are you an individual?
While creating your Parking Listing, you will be requested to fill in the “Parking Access” information and “Additional Access info (for email only)” to describe as clearly as possible how people get access to your parking.
The “Additional Access Info” is sent only to verified Mobyparkers that are approved and whose booking requests are confirmed by yourself as the parking owner, and you can specify as many details as needed. You can do this in your language of choice, but we highly recommend always including an English version, particularly the information in the “Additional Access Info” that is sent via email to drivers with a confirmed booking.
Once you rent your parking space to a driver, you can provide additional information about the parking and access by contacting the driver.
You can edit and improve the information about your parking space by accessing your Mobypark dashboard and reviewing your parking listing.
Do you represent a company, hotel, public garage, real estate (management) company, owners association, or a (semi-) public organisation?
When applying to rent your parking through Mobypark, we suggest providing as much information as possible. Keep in mind that our team might update your parking listing in case it's needed based on the information provided.
