How do I know the status of my parking reservation?
If you book a parking spot with the “Instant Book” feature, your booking is instantly confirmed and you will receive all the necessary information about how to access the parking spot in your booking confirmation email. For any specific questions regarding the parking, please read the FAQ or contact Mobypark at contact@mobypark.com.
If you make a booking request for a parking space from an individual parking owner, the owner has up to 24 hours to accept or decline your request. If the booking is accepted, you will receive the booking confirmation email with the parking access information, and you can contact the parking owner for details about the parking space via the Mobypark chat on your dashboard. In case the parking owner doesn’t respond within 24 hours of your request (or when the start time passes), the booking is considered missed, and it is automatically cancelled, and you will be refunded. The same happens in case the parking owner refuses your booking request. You will receive an email, and you can send another request or opt for an instantly bookable parking space.
