Are you an individual?
If you're the owner of a parking space, you can sublet it without stress. However, if you're a tenant, you should first get approval from your landlord or the owner of the space or building before subletting.
If you have any uncertainties or questions, Mobypark strongly advise tenants to check with their landlords/building manager before proceeding with subletting.
Do you represent a company, hotel, public garage, real estate (management) company, owners association, or a (semi-) public organisation?
