What is the difference between instant booking and non-instant booking (manual) booking?
The instant booking option allows you to receive a confirmed reservation without having to wait. Simply select the parking spot you want (that is marked as instant booking), complete the payment online, and your reservation will be confirmed.
We recommend that you make reservations at parking locations with the instant book feature if you need parking on short notice.
Manual booking locations can either be commercial parking lots or parking spaces belonging to an individual parking owner. In this case, your reservation request has to be reviewed by the owner and either accepted or declined within 24 hours. If accepted, the process continues as it would for instant booking. If declined, you will need to reserve at another parking spot. If your booking is declined, you will be automatically refunded. The money should take 2-5 working days to arrive in your bank account.
