Amsterdam: National Tulip Day: 19 January

Rotterdam: International Film Festival Rotterdam: 23 January - 3 February

Annually, thousands of visitors flock to the South of the Netherlands for the famous Carnaval festivities. Though it is a widely celebrated festival, doing Carnaval 2019 in s-Hertogenbosch is highly recommended. The city features an endless parade of people, colours, music, and brazen and bizarre Carnaval costumes.
