The safe underground parking space right in the city centre just a few steps from Waterlooplein was very convenient and a perfect solution for me. And the service by Mobypark was also perfect - friendly, uncomplicated, made everything very easy, from the search through the booking to picking up the remote etc. Actually I had to move my arrival date at a very late point and failed to inform Mobypark in time, but even so they made no problem out of it and made it all work in a very flexible way! Thanks a lot! Highly recommendable, especially in a city like Amsterdam, where regular parking is simply unaffordable!

Well placed. Pretty easy to find and use. Key pickup and drop off during late hours was very simple and hassle free. Comms responses from mobypark were almost instant. Thank you.

Had to change to this parking spot cause the key to the other parking lot was not available in the cafe where we needed to pick up the key. Everything worked good, will book again!

Maarten is a fucking legend.

The parking spot is very clean, easily accessible and nonetheless: secure. The employees at the nearby key pick-up spot are very friendly and willing to guide you in the right direction.
What makes Maarten a fucking legend, you're wondering now?
There's a line in the instructions that said: ''please, don't pull down the barrier.'' Me being the fool that I am, I looked over that line and pulled it down. Mobypark had told me, on two occassions, that the barrier was put down again by them (after me calling and mailing them).
Lo and behold, whilst arriving at the parking spot at 1 A.M. the barrier is STILL down. After figuring out a way to contact Maarten, and waking him up, at 2 -goddamn- A.M. he was willing to come to the parking spot and put down the barrier for me.
From now on Maarten is my go to guy for a parking spot in Amsterdam. A big thank you to him.

Nette parkeerplek voor een bezoek aan het centrum. De afstand naar Dam, Kalverstraat en andere bezienswaardigheden etc. is zeer goed te belopen. Parkeerplek was voldoende en netjes. Let op: er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een autolift. Ten tijde van ons bezoek werkte deze niet - wat overigens geen grote problemen veroorzaakte.

Wir haben diesen Parkplatz eine Woche vorher über das Internet gebucht. Ich bin begeistert wie unkompliziert das alles abgelaufen ist. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr hell und übersichtlich. Nehme ich gerne wieder in Anspruch. Besten Dank

Das ist wirklich eine Supersache gewesen! Innenstadtnah sicher und unkompliziert parken! Bestens! Grosses , geräumiges, sauberes, übersichtliches Parkhaus.
Das kann ich nur empfehlen! Die Abwicklung, Schlüssel abholen/abgeben im Café hat komplikationslos geklappt- das nächste Mal mieten wir wieder über mobypark!
