I had some difficulties regarding confirmation and communication, but all is solved thanks to Mobypark. Tony texted me and tried to help in the end as it was a misunderstanding from his side also.

After we booked, we immediately received very clear instructions via WhatsApp, and the owner responded quick to any questions.
When we arrived late at night, our parking spot was already taken by someone else. Luckily, we were able to reach the owner, but he suggested a few other spots (which were also full) and did not apologize.
Eventually, we got another spot in the same parking garage, but we were not happy with how the situation was handled. The location and parking spot were great!

Prima parkeerplek. Nog een hele ervaring dat het 6 etages naar beneden gaat. Wat diep! Werkte allemaal feilloos. Via WhatsApp code voor sleutelkastje met de ab er in. Daarna tram gepakt ingang Breguet-Sabin.

Einzige Info, wir wollten früher fahren und es hatte schon jemand den Schlüssel/Öffner aus dem Kasten geholt (leer), weil die Nachkommenden 2 Stunden früher ankamen und den Schlüssel mitgenommen hatten (sie waren noch in der Straße und gaben uns diesen) - wichtig, dass sich Alle daran halten auch erst den Parkplatz einzunehmen (Schlüssel aus Kasten zu holen) wenn die Parkzeit beginnt.

Alles hat gut geklappt. Die Beschreibung war gut verständlich und eine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut vorhanden: er antwortete immer sofort.
Das Herauskommen aus dem Parkhaus könnte noch besser erklärt werden

Everything went well. The evening before we decided to visit Paris I booked it and via WhatsApp we got all the info we needed. 300 Meter from the metro station. Next time we will do it the same.

Contact sympathique mais le parking est loin d'être sécurisé... Portail hs et voiture avec vitre brisée ne vous laisse pas quitter le parking serein...
