Everything went well, The instructions we received were clear. The address where we picked up the access key was pretty close and there we also received more info about where and how to access the parking.

The traffic in Amsterdam is chaotic (alot of bicycles and several closed roads), but Steven Ng's parking is perfect.
Great location and communication.
Very friendly!

Getting to the pick up point and then to the garage is a bit tricky on the busy Amsterdam roads, but otherwise the pick up was smooth and uncomplicated and the instructions given were clear. The entrance to the parking is ridiculously narrow, and the parking space is TINY. Definitely would not recommend parking a large vehicle there. The parking area is very quiet and eery, but we did not suffer any issues with safety. Overall, the price was reasonable (compared to other offers) and the location was good.

Hat alles super geklappt. Von der Abholung der Karte, über das Parken in der Tiefgarage und das Abgeben der Karte. Perfekte Lage wenn man im Motel One Waterlooplein übernachtet. Gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, sind bei Anreise nicht mit der Karte durchs Tor gekommen und bei der Abreise nicht durch die Schranke. Es hat eine Stunde gedauert bis uns ein Wärter geholfen hat, nie wieder hier.

Very reasonable price and very fast response, we were so short on time, we called the call centre and they were really helpful and kind. You can have the full Amsterdam experience with and without your car without worrying about parking nor time. Definitely will be booking through mobypark on every trip.

Abholen der Karte hat super gekpallt; dank der guten Beschreibung auch den Stellpatz schnell gefunden; da bei der Abfahrt um 15.30 Uhr der Bike-Laden nicht besetzt war, haben wir das Etui mit Karte in den Briefkasten geworfen.
