Maastricht-Centrum, commonly referred to as Wijk 00 Centrum, is one of the seven neighborhoods within Maastricht city and municipality in the Netherlands. Covering an area of around 310 hectares and with over 18,000 residents living within it, this neighborhood consists of seven sub-neighborhoods; two are on the right bank of Meuse River.

Maastricht's central neighbourhoods lie either side of the Meuse River, making for convenient transportation links between them. Western boundaries are mostly formed by singels that were part of Maastricht's former Ring: Prins Bisschopsingel, Hertogsingel, Statensingel, Frontensingel and Fransensingel. At present, this deviation only exists in the northern portion of Maastricht City as former Noorderbrug connections with Frontensingel are maintained rather than Fransensingel. On the eastern side, railway yards north and south of Maastricht Station form its eastern boundaries, as do Heugemerweg and John F. Kennedybrug with Kennedysingel (and its accompanying bend around Vodafoon office). On this side there is also no Noorderbrugaanlanding which forms its eastern boundaries on one side while John F Kennedybrug with connecting Kennedysingel forms its southern borders (with its bend around Vodafoon office) are maintained instead.

Maastricht-Centrum boasts an expansive history that dates back to Roman and early medieval periods, when settlements formed around Roman castellums such as Sint-Servaasabdij in Wyck district. By 1200 these settlements had grown together into densely populated areas; their story closely intertwines with that of Maastricht until its development ceased at the end of 19th century.
